Nincoe believes in supporting and empowering our small businesses, and that’s why she is committed to supporting legislation that expands funding, education, and incentives for Georgians starting local businesses.

Equally important is her support of an increase in the state minimum wage. When elected, she will advocate for diversified technical training for Georgians to help match market needs and job openings. Nincoe believes in growing the local economy of District 145 by incentivizing new businesses to bring jobs to our community and educating constituents on the importance of shopping local and supporting small businesses.

Backed by a belief in adaptive reuse as a form of revitalizing our communities, she wants to maximize the use of current infrastructure in our community and ensure we decrease dilapidation.
